（李宇/文）为帮助国际学生深入了解中国传统节日文化，威廉体育williamhill于4月3日举办了“清明寻春，体悟华夏”传统文化体验活动。本次活动通过讲解清明习俗、制作传统美食、体验非遗手工艺等形式，让国际学生沉浸式感受到中华文化的深厚底蕴。
On April 3rd, the College of International Education hosted a traditional culture experience activity themed “Spring Exploration in Qingming Festival to Understand China,” aimed at providing international students with a deeper understanding of Chinese traditional festival culture. By the way of the teacher’s explanation of Qingming customs, making traditional food and experiencing intangible cultural heritage handicrafts, international students immersed themselves in the profound foundation of Chinese culture through the activity.
活动伊始，来华培养部主任孟晓利老师为国际学生生动讲解了清明节的起源、习俗及文化内涵。她从寒食节的传说讲到清明踏青插柳的传统，并介绍了节日特色美食——青团的寓意与制作方法。在孟老师的引导下，同学们还齐声朗诵了唐代诗人杜牧的经典诗作《清明》，在一字一句中体味文学的独特魅力和和清明节的文化内涵。
For a start, Meng Xiaoli, director of the International Education Teaching Department, vividly explained the origin, customs, and cultural connotation of the festival to international students. She talked about the legend of the Cold Food Festival and the tradition of spring outing and willows-planting during the Qingming Festival. Ms. Meng also introduced the meaning and making method of Qingtuan, a special food for the festival. Under her guidance, students recited in unison the classic poem Qingming by Du Mu, a poet of the Tang Dynasty, and appreciated the unique charm of Chinese literature and the cultural connotation of the Qingming Festival among the lines and words of the poem.
随后，国际学生们亲自动手，体验青团制作。揉面、包馅、塑形……大家兴致勃勃地尝试每一个步骤，在劳动中感受传统美食的匠心与乐趣，细细品味节日带来的文化熏陶。
Next, international students tried the making of Qingtuan. They experienced the whole processes with great interest from mixing dough, stuffing, and shaping…and enjoyed the ingenuity and fun of traditional food in labor, savoring the cultural edification brought by the festival.
尝过美食后，国际学生们又尝试制作了非遗竹扇。在老师的指导下，国际学生们将细长的竹条反复交织，逐渐编成一把把精巧的竹扇。看似简单的工艺背后，蕴藏着中国传统手工艺的智慧与耐心。同学们全神贯注地投入其中，在指尖的触碰间领悟清明时节的自然之趣与传统技艺的精妙之处。
After tasting the delicious food, international students tried to make intangible cultural heritage bamboo fans. Under the guidance of teachers, students gradually turned the slender bamboo strips into exquisite bamboo fans by repeatedly interweaving them. Behind the seemingly simple craft lies the wisdom and patience of Chinese traditional handicrafts. Students devoted themselves to it with full concentration and understood the natural interest of the Qingming Festival and the subtlety of traditional skills with the touch of their fingertips.
此次“清明寻春，体悟华夏”活动以寓教于乐的方式，让国际学生在亲身体验中感知了清明节的文化内核。未来，威廉体育williamhill将继续举办形式多样的文化体验活动，帮助国际学生深入了解中华优秀传统文化，促进跨文化交流与文明互鉴。
Through the activity, international students perceived the cultural core of the Qingming Festival in an entertaining way. In the future, College of International Education will continue to hold various cultural experience activities to help international students have a deep understanding of Chinese excellent traditional culture, promoting cross-cultural exchanges and mutual learning with other civilizations.
