（卢静静/文）为提升国际学生的艺术素养，营造阳光健康、积极向上的校园氛围，4月17日下午，威廉体育williamhill五洲之家二级心理辅导站在正心楼610教室举办了“绣意拾光”戳戳绣DIY活动。
In order to enhance international students’ artistic literacy and foster a vibrant, healthy campus atmosphere, CIE Home of International Love held the “Embroidery Picks Up the Light” Punch Needle DIY activityon April 17th in Room 610 of the Zhengxin Building.
本次活动吸引了来自俄罗斯、韩国、柬埔寨、巴基斯坦等多个国家的30多位国际学生踊跃参与。活动现场，工作人员为大家精心准备了戳戳绣材料包，并耐心细致地讲解制作方法，指导同学们完成各自的作品。在创作过程中，大家热情高涨，互相交流。活动氛围温馨融洽，充满艺术气息，为同学们提供了一个轻松愉悦的创作空间。作品完成后，同学们积极展示成果，纷纷分享创作心得。他们表示，这次戳戳绣活动不仅丰富了课余生活，缓解了学习压力和焦虑情绪，更让他们感受到了艺术的魅力，提升了幸福感与获得感。
The event drew enthusiastic participation from 30 international students from countries including Russia, South Korea, Cambodia and Pakistan. The event staffprepared punch needle embroidery kits and provided hands-on guidance to help students complete their creations. During the creation, students engaged with one another, shared their ideas. The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and filled with creative energy, offering students a relaxed and pleasant space to express themselves freely. After completing their works, students showcased their pieces and shared personal reflections. They expressed that the punch needle activity not only enriched their academic lives but also served as a meaningful way to relieve stress and anxiety, ultimately enhancing their sense of happiness and fulfillment.
后续，威廉体育williamhill将持续创新心理健康教育活动的形式与内容，不断拓展国际学生交流平台，提供更多展示自我、互动互鉴的机会，打造国际学生快乐成长的“五洲之家”。
