（乔柠/文）4月16日，威廉体育williamhill来华培养部成功召开2025年春季学期第一次预科培养教研会，旨在全面总结本学期预科教学工作的现状，剖析存在的问题，并对下一步的教学工作进行周密部署。此次会议由发展规划委员会执行主任陈志主持，全体预科教师参加会议。
On April 16th, the International Education Teaching Department of The College of International Education (CIE) successfully held the first preparatory education teaching and research meeting for the spring semester of 2025. The purpose of this meeting was to comprehensively summarize the current situation of the preparatory teaching work in this semester, analyze the existing problems, and make careful arrangements for the subsequent teaching work. This meeting was presided over by CHEN ZHI, the Executive Director of the Development Planning Committee of CIE, and all preparatory teachers attended the meeting.
会议对预科学生3月份月考和4月份HSK模拟考试成绩进行了深入分析。与会教师系统梳理了教学经验，重点探讨了师生协同效能，并就整合多元化教学资源、推进信息化教学手段达成共识。在谈到下一步的教学工作部署时，陈志提出教师们要根据学生的实际情况，及时调整教学策略，注重因材施教；要加强课程之间的衔接，确保学生能够在预科阶段打下坚实的基础，为后续的专业学习做好准备。此外，会议还就期中考试的出题工作进行了讨论。教师们围绕考试内容、题型设计进行了深入交流，在准确评估学习成效的同时，兼顾激发学生的学习动力。
The meeting conducted an in-depth analysis of the results of the monthly examination of preparatory students in March and the HSK mock examination in April. The teachers systematically sorted out their teaching experiences, mainly explored the collaborative efficiency between teachers and students, and reached an agreement on integrating diversified teaching resources and promoting information-based teaching methods. When it came to the arrangements for the next stage of teaching work, CHEN ZHI suggested that teachers should promptly adjust their teaching strategies according to the actual situations of students and focus on teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes. They should strengthen the connection between courses to ensure that students can lay a solid foundation during the preparatory stage and get well-prepared for their subsequent professional studies. Besides, the meeting also discussed the work of setting questions for the mid-term examination. The teachers had in-depth exchanges on the examination content and the design of question types. While accurately evaluating students' learning achievements, they also considered motivating students' learning enthusiasm.
